Yes, we could still use co-maintainers. Here is some useful

Steve Kemp wanted to work on the ssl issues and I think Ryan Niebur 
volunteered to check #483110. Therefore you should look at other 
things. Looking into some of the bug reports would probably be best.
And you should probably join #debian-apache on irc.debian.org (it's 
very low traffic).
