Suggestion to filter out backup and temporary files:

- Must not start with # or dot(.)
- Must not end to ~ or #

Apache will ignore files that contain special chars other than ._- and 
it will ignore files that begin with neither number nor letter.
This is now even documented in README.Debian ;-)
Maybe we should also put it in a config file comment...
