Bug#445263: apache2: graceful stop not working

Hi,

I got the same problem on my debian machines.
"graceful stop" wonŽt stop the running processes, but the init script
removes the pid file.
normal stop works fine.

Versions of packages apache2 depends on:

apache2 recommends no packages.
