Package: apache2-doc
Version: 2.2.3-4+etch1

I installed the package after installing apache2-mpm-prefork version 2.2.3-4+etch1.
After the installation, I cannot browse to see the docs. Instead I get the content of the type-map files.

I am using almost plain etch. uname -a prints:
Linux gw2 2.6.18-5-486 #1 Fri Jun 1 00:07:22 UTC 2007 i586 GNU/Linux

The problem seems to be of not copying debian/apache2-doc.conf to /etc/apache2/conf.d.

Thanks

Doron

This is fixed in 2.2.3-4+etch2 and later, and will be released with
etch r2 (hopefully in approx. 1 month). If you need the fix sooner,
you can get an updated package from stable-proposed-updates or
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/apache2/apache2-doc_2.2.3-4+etch3_all.deb

Cheers,
Stefan
