Bug#431632: DBD sub-modules not included in Apache2's APR packages

Those are linked into /usr/lib/libaprutil-1.so. It seems that at least 
apache 2.2.4's mod_dbd is quite broken. Did you use 2.2.3 or 2.2.4? 
You could try again with 2.2.6, which worked for me. I haven't tried 
2.2.3 so far.
