This means you have another Listen 443 somewhere. Use grep -ir listen /etc/apache2/ to find it.
So ... it seems the 'Listen 443' is automatic with a2enmod ssl ? I guess the problem is a bad interaction between the /etc/apache2/ports.conf and some of the installation scripts.
No, this is not in the Package. It must be some change you did in the past.
