Bug#410334: apache2: misleading error message: lists line number but not affected file
Package: apache2
Version: 2.2.3-3.2
Severity: normal
I found the following message body in my mailbox:
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
[Sun Feb 04 06:25:54 2007] [warn] Useless use of AllowOverride in line
5.
[Sun Feb 04 06:26:04 2007] [warn] Useless use of AllowOverride in line
5.
This message went away when I purged websvn. The problem is that it does
not mention which file is affected. I grepped with -rn Allow /etc/apache2
to find the culprit, but when it even reports the line number it could
also report the filename.
