support anything diferent than Debian GNU/Linux (you're in Windows
obviously). And plus is an English list.

de desarrollo de apache en Debian y no damos soporte a sistemas
operativos diferentes a Debian GNU/Linux (tu estás en Windows
obviamente). Y además esta es una lista de inglés.
Y lo que estás haciendo mal es que debe ser:
http://localhost/index.php no /localhost/index.php
Verifica tu configuración de apache que soporte php además y que ese
archivo realmente exista (index.php).
Busca en http://httpd.apache.org la lista de soporte para usuarios de
Apache, aquí no conseguirás más nada ;).
