Bug#384682: init.d restart fails if previous start failed
Package: apache2-common
Version: 2.0.55-4.1
Severity: normal
# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
Forcing reload of apache 2.0 web server...httpd (pid 23030?) not running
failed!
# echo $?
1
In the previous iteration the server did not start up because of some SSL
misconfiguration. I corrected that but now it doesn't want to restart.
Running stop and start separately works fine.
