Bug#395854: apache2.2-common: does not run cgi-bin files anymore

Hi,

I needed to add:

    AddType application/x-httpd-cgi .cgi
    AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

with new Apache. Sounds like something that should be in the module .conf
file, but I could be mistaken.
