Thank you for your bug report.

According to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/upgrading.html, all apache
modules need to be recompiled. I currently don't have a good idea how
one could detect that there are modules and stop the upgrade in time,
but I asked that this information is added to the release notes, so it
should hurt less people.

Do your modules work again after recompilation?
