Bug#389607: Still doesn't work with Apache 2.2

I've now upgraded to the packages in unstable:

libapache2-mod-perl2             2.0.2-2.2
apache2-mpm-worker               2.2.3-2

The /etc/init.d/apache2 initscript still fails to start apache2.

What I now experience, however, is that apache2-mpm-prefork (from
Apache 2.2) also seems to segfault. From /var/log/apache2/error.log:

Downgrading to testing versions of both apache2 and mod_perl and using
apache2-mpm-prefork instead of apache2-mpm-worker currently fixes this
problem.
