While trying to build php5_5.1.4-0.1 locally (to track down a segfault
bug, similar to #347642), discovered that the php5 package is currently
unbuildable in testing.

from php5-5.1.4/debian/control:
> Build-Depends: apache-dev (>= 1.3.23), apache2-prefork-dev (>=
> 2.0.53-3), ...

from /var/lib/dpkg/available:
> Package: apache-dev
> Depends: ..., libdb4.4-dev, ...
>  ...
>  ...
> Package: apache2-prefork-dev
> Depends: ..., libdb4.3-dev, ...

Since libdb4.3-dev and libdb4.4-dev conflict, it's not possible to
have both apache-dev and apache2-prefork-dev installed at the same time. Hence
dpkg-buildpackage fails due to one or the other build-depends failing:

> ron@tinkerbell:~/wombat/Debian/php5/php5-5.1.4$ dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -erjmx@rjmx.net
> dpkg-buildpackage: source package is php5
> dpkg-buildpackage: source version is 5.1.4-0.1rjmx
> dpkg-buildpackage: host architecture powerpc
> dpkg-buildpackage: source version without epoch 5.1.4-0.1rjmx
> dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: apache-dev (>= 1.3.23)
> dpkg-buildpackage: Build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied; aborting.
> dpkg-buildpackage: (Use -d flag to override.)

   Note that this seems to be the same situation as bug #348631.
