Bug#390785: ships tons of bogus .svn conffiles

(I'm unsure if this bug is important or serious; I can't see any
immediate potential for breakage, though, so it doesn't sound RC to me.
Feel free to upgrade as you see fit.)

apache2.2-common seems to ship tons of files from a Subversion checkout
as conffiles:

These should probably never have been installed at all, much less be set
as conffiles (although I guess that's debhelper). lintian also complains
about "duplicate-conffile" (and a host of other non-related errors and
warnings), but that's perhaps a different story :-)
