Bug#329001: apache-common, addgroup: The GID 33 is already in use.

I can not upgrade apache-common, it fails with the following:

~# apt-get -u install apache-common

GID 33 on my system is:

~# grep 33 /etc/group
www:x:33:

That group is correct; I realize Debian apache uses www-data by default, but I've never had a problem upgrading before with the group being www.
