Bug#293377: apache2: apache2ctl - option 'startssl' is undocumented

Package: apache2
Version: 2.0.52-3
Severity: normal

The manua page of apache2ctl reads:

  OPTIONS
	start ...
	stop ...
	restart ...
	fullstatus ...
	status ...
	graceful ...
	configtest ...
	help ...

The help option reports:

  # apache2ctl -h
  Usage: /usr/sbin/apache2 [-D name] [-d directory] [-f file]
                         [-C "directive"] [-c "directive"]
                         [-k start|restart|graceful|stop]
                         [-v] [-V] [-h] [-l] [-L] [-t] [-S]

but following commands are not documented although they appear in
apache2ctl shell script:

    startssl|sslstart|start-SSL)
	$HTTPD -k start -DSSL
	ERROR=$?
	;;

Please document both to manual page and output of "help" and "-h".
