Please Add mpm-itk (patch inclued)

Hi,
yesterday, i discover mpm-itk, a mpm-prefork modification.
With mpm-itk you can use different users for each vhost (like perchild, metux, 
or peruser).

It's not threaded, so it will work with php !!

Description: traditional model for Apache2

mpm-itk have to be added to all mpm's "Conflicts"

A dpkg-buildpackage worked for me for apache2-2.0.55, and it's currently 
running with libapache2-mod-php4 without problems.

Please add this mpm, it's realy usefull =).
