I am use strace and found that problem with fonts library.
1.bz2 - from apache
2.bz2 - from user

when i delete file ~/.fonts.cache-1, first time dot execution time is 30 
sec and ~/.fonts.cache-1 was created again. next times - less than a second.

Why dot from apache don't save .fonts.cache-1 file and do huge work 
every time?
