I dont have the slightest clue when this error popped up since it only happens for a certain file which isn't requested all that often, but whenever somebody tries to load it, apache then proceeds to segfault.

Arg, ok it's working now. What I did was disable all of the running
modules with a2dismod and then restart apache, and then load them up
one-by-one restarting apache each time, and for some reason it seems to
be working nicely now.
Only odd thing I noticed was that after I disabled rewrite and expires,
and a couple others, it was giving a 301 redirect for files that
redirected back to the same location.
One thing I did fix was some annoying error in apache2.conf:
The line was
--
# Include generic snippets of statements
Include /etc/apache2/conf.d/[^.#]*
--
But whenever I restarted apache it'd always complain:
grep: /etc/apache2/conf.d/[^.#]*: No such file or directory
so I changed it to:
Include /etc/apache2/conf.d/*
same thing with the
--
# Include the virtual host configurations:
Include /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/[^.#]*
--
line. Anyways, firefox was caching the 301 redirect pages for some
reason (had to force-reload) so I dont know exactly which step fixed the
problem.
So feel free to close the bug, and I do apologize for opening it.
