FYI: APR 1.2.2 packages

Hi,

I have prepared packages for apr 1.2.2 and apr-util 1.2.2
available at http://www.littletux.net/debian; I did not
invest much manual work, but simply uupdate'd the old 1.1.x
packages.

I changed the following things though:

apr:

- - Could not build the package with pbuilder (also not the old
  1.1.1 package) because the build-dependency to dpatch was missing.

aprutil:

- - 03_fix_layout.dpatch is meanwhile part of upstream. Removed it from
  debian/patches/00list.

- - 04_version_symbols.dpatch recreated against the new upstream package
  so that it applies cleanly.
