Bug#305242: apache2: bug #301045 fix breaks cgi

After updating today I cannot get any cgi running with the suexec2 'fix'
(bug #301045).

Internal Server Error's and this is in my log:

'/usr/lib/apache2/suexec2' failed

Any ideas?
