Bug#294648: apache2 virtual domain ErrorLog directive not working?

Hi, just to add that I'm seeing the same bug - apache appears to ignore 
the ErrorLog directive enclosed within |<VirtualHost> ||</VirtualHost> 
|and instead sends debug output to the default |logs/error_log.

|I'm using:
- perl CGI
- debian package: Version: 2.0.53-5
- Server build date:   Feb 25 2005 08:29:30
