apache-lingerd 1.3.33 packaged

As Bastiaan requested, I've made a new apache-lingerd package against
the last release of apache Debian made : 1.3.33-1.

Using my sources.list will provide apache-lingerd 1.3.33-2 with the 
appropriate apache-(common|utils|...) packages.

I've also set up a web page for this unofficial package, feel free to
look at it if you want some details about this package :
