Bug#283396: No need to build conflict on gawk (please move to source)

Package: apache2
Version: 2.0.52-3
Severity: important

I think there is no need to build-conflict with gawk,
AWK="/usr/bin/mawk" ... configure, seams to be enough,
ad most pkgs depend upong gawk.
