Bug#273538: apache-1.3.31 Namebased Virtualhosts aren´t working

Version: 1.3.31-6

I installed the apache package version 1.3.31-1 - 6 with kernel 2.4.25 and
2.6.x.
i´ve configured the name based virtual hosts same as on my old suse machine,
it´s correctly by the apache documentation configured, but apache goes at
every request into the default virtualhost. it seems there´s a bug in this
package and nobody has found it.
