Re: Bug#239378: mod_perl does not use the PerlAuthzHandler with apache-ssl.

	what happens if you disable mod_auth_ssl? be aware that auth load
module order is important... mod_perl is executed after mod_auth_ssl
therefor basic authentication is hadled by apache-ssl.

That's the only thing changed in apache-ssl that can influence auth.
