Ok, something has happened, because for some odd reason apache2 now
works. I could swear that I tried with the exact same procedures as
when I reported this bug. It is now working, and at a first glance
there seems to be no updated packages. I just waited a couple weeks
and had a stab at it again. It worked on the first try.
You can close this bug if youd like. I dont have a problem with it
anymore. But its good to have the logs etc here for posterity if this
should resurface.
