I need your professional advice.
My company maintains a tremendous b2b email list, which is not opt-in
however. Many businesses would like to advertise to this list because it
is so effective, but under the condition that such a mailing wouldn't be
considered spam.
Do you know how to turn such a list into an opt-in mailing without losing
95% of the list? Or how to run an email campaign to a non-opt-in list
without getting multiple complaints?
