Bug#230143: libapache-mod-ssl dependency breaks apache-ssl install

Since "apache2-common" includes an ssl module for apache2, could you 
change that to "libapache-mod-ssl | apache-ssl | apache2-common"?
That way I can install php4-imap with apache2, and that would be very
nice.
