Bug#197431: Make expat optional in package

Hi,

Debian Apache should link dynamically to the shared system expat
provided by libexpat1, rather than its own private copy. Perhaps you've
overwritten the packaged Apache binary, or you're on a non-i386 platform
and the autobuilder isn't finding libexpat1?

Can you please send:

- The output of "ldd /usr/sbin/apache"
- The output of "uname -a"

Thanks.
