if [ -f /etc/cron.daily/apache-ssl ]; then
    rm -f /etc/cron.daily/apache-ssl
fi

if [ -f /etc/apache-ssl/cron.conf ]; then
    rm -f /etc/apache-ssl/cron.conf
fi

Policy says "local changes must be preserved during a package upgrade."
This clearly doesn't.
