Setting up apache (1.3.29.0.1-3) ...
mkdir: cannot create directory `/var/www': File exists
dpkg: error processing apache (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

i can't find what config/*inst/*rm script is doing this, but it should
be fixable with a [ -d $document_root ] || mkdir -p $document_root.

in the meantime i'll just mv /var/www out of the way and then back
again :)
