Subject: apache: Please incorporate chroot patch
Package: apache
Version: 1.3.27-0.1
Severity: wishlist

http://home.iae.nl/users/devet/apache/chroot/ contains a simple
and fairly elegant patch to a bind9-style chroot option to
Apache. This approach is not for everyone, but for a large class
of servers (essentially, those that don't use CGI), it provides
a useful layer of protection.

I'm happy to help keep this current, but don't yet know the ins
and outs of Debian package maintenance. My own attempt to wrangle
this patch into a .deb has been successful, but is very, very
ugly.
