Bug#217178: libapache-mod-perl: dpkg --configure fails when apache is not install

I only have apache-ssl installed and when I attempt to configure the
package it fails

Setting up libapache-mod-perl (1.28-4) ...
cp: cannot stat `/usr/share/doc/apache/examples/*.conf': No such file or
directory
dpkg: error processing libapache-mod-perl (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 libapache-mod-perl


i removed the reference to apache in the postinst script
