ab supporting https
Bug 185157 refers to the desire to have an ab that supports https. This
isn't hard to do; just copy build-tree-ssl/apache_1.3.28/src/support/ab
instead of build-tree/apache_1.3.28/src/support/ab.
However, this would make apache-common depend on libssl0.9.7. Is that
ok with everyone?
