indexes fail
The both 1.3.28-1 and 1.3.28-2 has wrong config resulting the
index file fail and "forbidden" response to access attempt to any
directory. This cause by wrong order modules in
/etc/apache/modules.conf. This order is reverse one to
httpd.conf before 1.3.28-1. This is true for 1.3.28-2 as well
in despite of changelog saying it was fixed. The resorting
modules.conf in reverse order fix this.
Do the packages maintainers upgrade to new version before
uploading it to the pool? Its seems no.
