it seems that there is too much info for ServerName and DocumentRoot
found when upgradind by debconf !
maybe a problem with the vhosts ?

i fixed the problem for that upgrade with removing the ! in
/usr/share/apache/postinst.common at line : 126 and the upgrade has gone
!
after i replaced the suxing httpd.conf by mine :]
