Bug#214052: Failing to start apache-ssl
Package: apache-ssl
Version: 1.3.27.1-3
Severity: critical
After last upgrading of Debian unstable on 3/10/2003 (openssl was upgraded) apache-ssl was working fine and serving web pages.
But after rebooting the machine I get the following error message:
-----------------------
Configuration syntax error detected. Not reloading.
/usr/sbin/apache-sslctl: line 171: 7610 Segmentation fault $HTTPD -t
-----------------------
and apache-ssl fail to start.
Line 171 at /usr/sbin/apache-sslctl says "done", and this is the line involved,
since if I change "done" to line 172, the error is the same but at line 172.
Number 7610 is growing up every time I try to start the server again.
If this is not a bug but a configuration problem, sorry for the inconvenience.
But since the problem appeared after last upgrading of the system and I didn't
modify any configuration, I think this is some kind of bug.
