Update build depends for 1.27 can not build on sid
Should this depend on libdb1-compat, if it can not build
with the perl's required libdb4.0-dev? But depending on libdb4.0-dev
this would then cause another problem, Apache depends on libdb4.1-dev
and you can not have both to build at the same time. Only other choices
would be to fix perl to compile on libdb4.1-dev (best choice)
or downgrade apache to libdb4.0-dev (worst choice).
Try using pbuilder and see the results.
Package libgdbmg1-dev has no available version this should fail during
build tests, so why isn't it? Have not seen a buildd log related to this
or bug report related to this.

Hi,
I am closing this bug since it has been fixed with the upload of
apache_1.3.27.1-2 and libapache-mod-perl_1.27-6. Anyway the warning
message at build time about libgdbmg1 missing is totaly bogus because it
only checks if the library is installed but it makes no use of it.
