There was a br.po file already in CVS. and your translation gives me the
same warning i noticed on the buildd:
dh_installdebconf -a
Unknown default encoding for br, get it from debian/po/br.po: ISO-8859-1
Unknown default encoding for br, get it from debian/po/br.po: ISO-8859-1
....
That's probably why it was not included.
Please let me know if that's ok or something needs to be changed
