I think it's because you don't have a (valid) certificate file for the
IP address of webmail.tgm.ac.at?  

If you're not actually wanting to have your SquirrelMail served over
HTTPS, then just disable SSL in the webmail <VirtualHost> container with
SSLDisable.  If you are, then you've got to have a valid certificate for
it.  (And remember that you can't do name-based virtual hosts with SSL.)
