Bug#147080: apache-ssl and mod_proxy do not work together

Hi there,
I have problems setting up apache-ssl and mod_proxy. Whenever
I include
LoadModule proxy_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/libproxy.so
and then try to start apache-ssl, I get the following error
(I added some newlines for readability, marked them with "\"):
pcllnx01:~# /etc/init.d/apache-ssl start
Starting web server:apache-sslSyntax error on line 229 \
of /etc/apache-ssl/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/lib/apache/1.3/libproxy.so into server: \
/usr/lib/apache/1.3/libproxy.so: undefined symbol: ap_getline
failed
This is a plain new installation of apache-common and apache-ssl.
I ran apache-sslconfig once during installation, then stopped apache-ssl
(which was running!, opened http.conf to include libproxy.so and then
restarted the server as show above.
More info:
Kernel: A vanilla Linux 2.4.18.
Hardware: Compaq Deskpro EN, making no problems at all.
Debian version: woody (as it is today).
