No, it didn't make it into the Apache standard distribution (neither
1.3.x nor 2.x), because the Apache maintainer saw no need for such a
module (and the code wasn't nice enough for them, IIRC).
But since 1st of July 2002 (version 1.1.3) mod_macro has preliminary
Apache 2.0 support, see http://www.coelho.net/mod_macro/ for more
