list server moved

The Debian list-server has moved. Please change the submission addresses
you use for the Debian lists to these new addresses:

	debian-user@lists.debian.org
	debian-devel@lists.debian.org

As always, to unsubscribe add the word -REQUEST to the name of the list.
Thus, to unsubscribe from debian-user, send mail to
debian-user-REQUEST@lists.debian.org with the single word "unsubscribe" in
the message body.

The formal beta-test of Debian 1.1 will commence in about 2 weeks. There
are already many developers and experienced users running it successfully.
The remaining open issues are mostly related to ease-of-upgrade and
installation, and are being dealt with now.
