more information on the Telecomm bill

If you'd like to see more information on the Telecomm bill containing the
Communications Decency Act, use the URL http://www.vtw.org . There are
also suggestions on what you can do about it.

Several people asked how I would verify that a subscriber is over 18.
All I can do is ask. The text of the bill is that I may not
_knowingly_ allow a minor access to the information.
