[resolved] GDM doesn't start (fglrx errors) after upgrade to linux-image-2.6.32-5-amd64

Hi,

there was one more important error I forgot to mention. It doesn't seem to be written to any log file, so I'm reproducing it only approximately:
FATAL: Error inserting fglrx (/lib/modules/2.6.32-5-amd64/updates/dkms/fglrx.ko): Invalid module format

I uninstalled (purged) fglrx-modules-dkms, and now GDM under 2.6.32-5 starts normally.

Now the question is: should I stop manually building fglrx driver with m-a a-i and rely instead on fglrx-modules-dkms (only), OR just forget that dkms thingy?
