Should be fine with a reasonably new kernel.  That means etch should be
fine, sarge probably not.

Avoid ATI if you like your sanity.  Get something nvidia based and you
shouldn't have any trouble.

Well I have used sk98lin/skge based chips before on asus boards, and
they have worked for me.

Should work the same as a wired one.  You might need to fiddle to make
any special keys do anything, but the keyboard itself should work fine.
