There is no sun-java5-plugin package in that repository. Here is the
official 'sid' deb:
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/non-free/s/sun-java5/sun-java5-plugin_1.5.0-06-1_i386.deb

Where can I find the amd64 version of the plugin?
Today, I managed to reach this repository.
But, as you say, there is no plugin there.
The same pachake is available in official repository as well.

On sun website it is told that there is no 64 bit plugin and toi use 32 bit instead.

See:
http://www.java.com/en/download/linux_manual.jsp

There, you can read( some data snipped):
Linux AMD64 (see below Note) (filesize: 15.64 MB) Begin Java software download for Linux AMD64 Instructions

NOTE:
** Linux AMD64 download: Please use the 32-bit version for Java applet and Java Web Start support.
