"Testing" installer on CD/DVD requires 'Net access.

The installer for Etch currently requires a valid mirror address in
order to install, even if you are installing off CD/DVD.

I can't work out how to freak a standard Debian mirror to appear to
provide the appropriate mirror.

This is for a stand alone box with no 'Net access.  Debian stable
will install but then falls over complaining that the large SCSI raid
has too many LUNs.  Testing won't install because it can't find a mirror
- I can get no further. I have a full Debian mirror (updated just before
the transition to x.org 7 :) ) available to me.
