deb http://security.debian.org etch/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org etch/updates main contrib non-free

As root in terminal:
nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Insert the mirror of choice and save. After this, update your lists:
aptitude update
And upgrade your system:
aptitude upgrade
